Welcome to My Website

The purpose of this site is to engage residents of District 4, Cole Harbour Westphal. A special welcome to those areas of Cole Harbour Westphal that were not included in District 4 prior to the October 20th election. This includes areas such as Poplar Drive, Circassion, Flying Cloud, Inishowen, Ross Road and Lake Major.

As your HRM Councillor, I came into this job with a vision for Cole Harbour Westphal, one where we collectively work together to make our community all it can be. I appreciate hearing from you with your ideas and concerns, as this provides me with insight and information on the needs of your neighbourhood. If you would like to hold a meeting in your area to discuss a particular subject or have a general conversation on what’s important to you, please let me know.
